this is vanessa. i've been reviewing the numbers from my main operations. what i'm seeing two weeks into the year is unacceptable.
the metrics look like you've been sleepwalking through january. missed targets. inconsistent output. whatever you thought passed for effort isn't registering on any scale that matters to me.
